Terms of Service
• All artwork is © to me (Ookamina). Please read these Terms before ordering a commission. By commissioning me, you are aware and agreeing with these Terms.• I reserve the right to decline a commission that I'm not comfortable with.• I reserve the right to charge extra for any changes (more specified below). Specially if I consider them unsuitable to your first description/reference sheet. Any additional fee that wasn't specified below is $5 per change, unless stated otherwise.• I'm more used to cellshading style, so that's what I'll be mostly offering for now!• I'll work on the commissions during Monday through Friday, mostly. The commissioner can contact me about their order during weekends, but I won't reply right away as I don't usually check messages during this time.
Requesting a commission
• Please, send me clear visual references of your character, in flat colors preferably so I don’t miss any details. If something from your reference sheet is off (colors/anatomy/etc) or isn't clear, it's your responsibility to warn me before I start.• I will NOT start the commission (even the first sketch) if I haven't received 100% of the payment upfront.• My commission queue is organized by payment. So if you requested before someone else, but this someone paid before you, I'll work on their order first. Don't pressure me to finish theirs quickly to start yours.• If the commissioner chooses to give me details/ideas (written description or pictures) of their character expression and the background, they must do it as detailed as possible to avoid unnecessary changes later on. But they can also leave it all to me*
*If the commissioner leaves it up to me, they will NOT be able to make significant changes on the sketch I send. In this case, even minor changes might be subjected to additional fees.• I will send the commissioner a sketch for approval before going forward with it. Please don't be demanding with the sketch quality, you have my finished work to look and reference from.• During the sketch phase, the commissioner is allowed to make 3 changes with no additional cost. The commissioner must be aware that asking for ears, nose, eyes, tail changed (in one go), is counted as 4 changes and not 1. Once I get the sketch approved, I start to work on it. After the lineart has been started (even if not finished), any further changes WILL be subjected to an additional $5 fee/change. Color changes in small places AFTER the sketch phase are considered MINOR ones and will be fixed for free, up to 2 times ($5 fee/change after that). Coloring mistakes I might have done will be fixed for free. I do NOT consider my mistake if I color picked from the reference sheet/picture but the commissioner wants a different color instead - unless they warned me about it before I start coloring.• If the commissioner wants the file to be of a specific huge size (more than 2500x2500px or proportional to it like 2300x2700) for very detailed pieces (usually shaded fullbodies with detailed background), I'll charge an additional $10 for it. Layer quantity limit gets compromised and complicates the way I work, plus more detail = more work time and planning.• I don't normally send WIPs. I keep Trello for the updates which is quicker and easier for me. If you want WIPs feel free to ask, but don't do it all the time, it becomes a nuisance and I might just ignore.• Highly detailed colored characters might be denied. But the commissioner is always welcome to ask.
Payment
• PayPal only.• I'll send you an invoice once I have your PayPal email! Please, do NOT send payment first! I need the invoices for legal reasons. If you send me payment without my invoice, I'll refund you and won't take responsibility about PayPal changing the currency of the refunded money.• I request now 100% of the payment before starting. Sorry, this isn't negotiable.• I include 25% of VAT on my prices, in case you get confused when receiving the invoice.
(This means the final price for you will NOT change.)• I don’t do payment plans.• Upon paying, the commissioner is added to my Commission Queue list . You are able to check it whenever you want, I update it frequently.• Refunds can be made if I haven’t started your commission yet. I won’t make refunds if the commissioner’s artwork has been started/finished.
Patreon priority
• Everyone that supports me on Patreon gets a "patron priority" as one of the benefits. This means that, even though a patron requested a commission/ych after a non-patron, their commission will go upper on the queue. Depending on the complexity, the patron's commission will be finished earlier than a commission/ych requested by a non-patron.• The tier Dream up the Future offers priority over other patrons as well.
Artwork rights
• I retain copyright over all the commissioned artworks.• I have the right to publish your commission over any website.• The commissioner has permission to reupload the artwork with credit (preferably linking back to my account).• The commissioner has permission to print the artwork for personal use. The commissioner is NOT allowed to sell the artwork in any way, or make profit with it.• The commissioner is not allowed to claim they did the artwork.

I will NOT draw
• Fanart (only exception is if they're interacting with a personal character, or something related to the commissioner)• Humans• Fetishes• NSFW• Mecha, machinery• Highly detailed urban environments• Racist, political, religious subjects• Extreme violence / gore
